This hero was made using Kadence Blocks. It’s a row with a video background, a PNG image overlay & using a thick bottom border to give the illusion of being offset.

Animated SVG Made Using SVGator

This was done by downloading a free vector graphic and editing it using SVGator. It was implemented using an HTML Block.

I had to upload the SVG directly to our server, not through the Media Gallery. WordPress doesn’t have native support for SVGs due to security concerns. This is because SVGs are comprise of code to define lines, curves, color, etc. Naturally, anything using code can be manipulated, thus SVGs can potentially be used for malicious purposes.
