Kraken Careers is a WordPress plugin specifically for recruitment. With it you can create and manage your own job postings, accept job applications, collaborate with HR Team members about job applicants, and more.
This plugin can be utilized in a handful of different ways, with different layout options to best suit your companies website and personality. You can choose from grid layout, row layout or a row with column view. You can get several users setup to collaborate and discuss different applicants, and to help manage recruitment across several companies/locations.
Kraken Careers also connects to other third parties like Google Jobs and Indeed, allowing your job postings to be display on their platforms.
Google Jobs is enabled by default and if you enter your job posting information correctly, Google should be able to index your job posting and have it available to be found in search results. Indeed is not enabled by default as it is more involved and requires additional setup.
