Footer Layouts

Our advanced, in-house Kraken Theme for WordPress allows us to use a variety of different footer layout options. There is no need to stick to the same old layouts that everyone else uses. We’re able to break out of that box and offer more modern looks.

Default Kraken Footer

The default kraken footer consists of four, equally sized columns. These columns can contain anything you’d like; anything from logos, to Google Map iframes. In Addition to the four columns, there is always be the legal navigation/copyright and Splash credit.

Three Rows, Two Columns Middle, Large Logo & Phone Number

This is a custom footer layout that can be found in Splash’s GitHub Gist library. This footer has a built in call to action that can be customized to the clients specific preferences/needs. Below the call to action section of the footer you’ll see two equal columns one for the footer logo and one for the footer content. A main feature of this footer is the oversized phone number link which draws the users eyes and encourages them to contact the company.

This footer is also an ideal option for clients with more than one location.

Footer with Emphasis on Socials

This is the type of footer you’ll want to choose for clients who consider their social media presence a priority.

As you can see, this footer includes larger then usual social icons that get their very own, prominent space. As a whole, this footer is built with 2 columns, where one contains the logo and the other, much larger column, contains two rows; one for social and one for the more common, 4 column footer content that you can see in the first footer example on this page.
